- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- 1/4 cup granola, smaller pieces work better
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or use a silicone baking pan. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of granola into each cup.
- Mix Yogurt and Strawberries: In a medium bowl, mash strawberries into yogurt until mostly mixed, leaving a few chunks. Stir well.
- Fill the Cups: Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup, creating an even layer. Tap to smooth.
- Add Toppings: Press 1 tablespoon of strawberries into each cup and sprinkle granola on top.
- Freeze: Chill for 2-4 hours until firm.
