Celebrate Independence Day with this refreshing 4th of July Mocktail recipe. Bursting with fresh mint, citrus juices, and colorful berries, this mocktail is a perfect non-alcoholic option for your holiday festivities.

For the Mocktail:

  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup, 1:1 If using 2:1 simple syrup cut amount in half (this means 2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups Club soda or Seltzer water (Topo Chico also works)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, quartered

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Mint: In the bottom of a serving pitcher, muddle the mint leaves to release flavor and aroma.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add honey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Add Club Soda: Pour in the club soda and stir gently.
  4. Add Berries: Mix in the blueberries and strawberries.
  5. Serve: Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with fresh berries, and enjoy!
