  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prep Olives: Drain olives and pat dry.
  2. Add flour, onion powder, and garlic powder to a dish and mix.

  3. Prepare Coating: Beat eggs in a separate dish. Combine Panko, Italian bread crumbs, and salt in another dish.
  4. Coat Olives: Dip olives in flour, then egg, then bread crumb mixture.
  5. Air Fry: Spritz air fryer basket with oil, place olives, spritz with more oil, air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, shaking halfway.
