Ingredients:
- 6 ounces green olives, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prep Olives: Drain olives and pat dry.
- Prepare Coating: Beat eggs in a separate dish. Combine Panko, Italian bread crumbs, and salt in another dish.
- Coat Olives: Dip olives in flour, then egg, then bread crumb mixture.
- Air Fry: Spritz air fryer basket with oil, place olives, spritz with more oil, air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, shaking halfway.
Add flour, onion powder, and garlic powder to a dish and mix.
Notes
- We often use green olives stuffed with pimento, but try different varieties like garlic or feta-stuffed olives.
