Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise

Seasoning:

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer to 375 degrees. Preheat your air fryer.
  2. Toss Ingredients: In a medium bowl, toss together brussels sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook in Air Fryer: Place brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, fry for 8 minutes, then shake and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Continue to air fry for 7-8 more minutes until crispy.
  4. Season and Serve: Remove from air fryer, season with extra salt and parmesan if desired, and enjoy!
