Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise
Seasoning:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 375 degrees. Preheat your air fryer.
- Toss Ingredients: In a medium bowl, toss together brussels sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, fry for 8 minutes, then shake and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Continue to air fry for 7-8 more minutes until crispy.
- Season and Serve: Remove from air fryer, season with extra salt and parmesan if desired, and enjoy!
