This Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The chicken thighs are marinated in a flavorful mixture of honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, and spices before being air fried to crispy perfection.

Chicken:
- 7–8 bone-in chicken thighs
Marinade:
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Coastabile olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Remove chicken from package, wash, and place into a large bowl. Remove excess water.
- Marinate: Coat chicken with oils, honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Marinate: Refrigerate in a ziploc bag for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 400 ℉.
- Cook: Brush air fryer tray with oil. Place chicken skin down, cook for 10 mins, flip, and cook for 8 mins. Check internal temperature.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush marinade onto chicken thighs when flipping.
