2 to 3 medium very ripe bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)

Baking Soda:

Sugar:
3/4 cup (150g) (adjust to taste)
Egg:
1 large, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas and add the butter: Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, then stir in the melted butter.
