  • 5 green tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 6 cups ice cubes

Making the Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 5 ounces plain dairy or non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
