A refreshing and tangy Blueberry Kombucha Cocktail or Mocktail that combines the sweetness of blueberries with the zing of ginger and lemon, perfect for a summer day or a special gathering.

For the Cocktail:
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Ginger (peeled, chopped)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar (or 2 Tbsp for a sweeter drink)
- 2 oz Extra Dry Gin (optional)
- 6 oz. Ginger Kombucha (or Ginger-Lemon)
Instructions
- Prepare the Muddled Mix: Place blueberries, ginger, lemon juice, and agave into a cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients until the blueberries and ginger are broken down.
- Strain the Liquid: Strain the muddled mixture using a fine-mesh strainer into a glass and rinse out the cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice and Shake: Pour the strained liquid back into the cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and add gin if using. Shake until chilled and mixed well.
- Serve: Pour the cocktail into two glasses and top with the ginger kombucha. Enjoy!
