These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect combination of spicy, tangy, and cheesy flavors sandwiched between soft King’s Hawaiian rolls. Easy to make and great for feeding a crowd!

For the Buffalo Chicken:
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 3–4 cups shredded chicken)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Sliders:
- 2 packages King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 count each)
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Prepare Buffalo Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice rolls in half without separating them. Layer bottoms in the baking dish, sprinkle with half the cheese, add chicken mixture, top with remaining cheese, and cover with roll tops.
- Top with Butter and Seasoning: Combine melted butter and Italian seasoning, then brush over the sliders.
- Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are slightly browned.
- Serve: Optionally serve with coleslaw.
Notes
- You can use King’s Hawaiian slider buns instead of rolls.
- Buffalo chicken mixture can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
