Cauliflower Steak:
- 2 heads Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower heads into 3/4-inch thick slices and place them on the baking sheet.
- Season cauliflower: Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Brush the mixture over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Oven method: Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender and browned.
