- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided use)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided use)
Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook Pasta: Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
