Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1/2 pound ground beef (85/15)
- 1 cup corn
- 2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Prepare beef mixture: Add corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
- Layer in pan: In a 9×13-inch baking pan, layer the beef mixture, remaining cheese, and top with tater tots.
