  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken: Cut the chicken in half lengthwise and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear the chicken: Cook the chicken in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, make a roux with flour and garlic, then whisk in broth, cream, and parmesan until thickened.
