  • 12 tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Sauce:

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • parmesan to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • parsley to serve
  • red pepper flakes to serve

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Mince garlic and onions. Slice chicken breasts into cutlets.
  2. Coat Chicken: Mix flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread mayo on chicken, then coat with flour mixture.
  3. Cook Chicken: Fry chicken in a hot oiled pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Make Sauce: Cook onions, garlic, butter, and flour. Add chicken stock and cream. Season and add parmesan.
  5. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return chicken to sauce, top with parsley and red pepper flakes.
