Description

This Creamy Lime Avocado Dressing is a zesty and flavorful addition to any salad or dish. Made with ripe avocado, garlic, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a few other simple ingredients, this dressing is creamy, tangy, and delicious.


Ingredients

Ripe Avocado

  • 1x

Garlic

  • 3 cloves

Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup

Fresh Cilantro Leaves

  • 1/4 cup

Lime Juice

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed

Water

  • 1/2 cup

Salt and Pepper

  • To taste

Instructions

  1. Add the ripe avocado, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and water to a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until creamy.
  2. Taste, and add additional salt and pepper, if necessary. Add extra water if you want the dressing to be more pourable. You might also have to add additional salt, pepper, and lime juice if you do this.
  3. Serve or store in a mason jar or another storage container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bom Apetite!
