  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Sauté Mushrooms: Sauté mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper until dark brown. Add garlic.
  3. Add Butter & Flour: Add butter and flour, cook until golden brown.
  4. Add Broth & Seasonings: Pour in broth, soy sauce, and thyme. Simmer until slightly thickened.
