  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure honey (or other sweetener of choice)
  • Juice of one lime (about 2 tablespoons of juice)
  • Several fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients: Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Mint leaves: If grinding the mint leaves into the drink, then add them now. If infusing, then add the leaves to the finished drink and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Remove leaves before consuming.
