- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated (£0.72=£0.36)

- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 – 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 200 ml chicken stock

- Coat the Chicken: Mix diced chicken with garlic and onion granules, 2 tbsp cornflour, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Refrigerate if time allows.
- Fry the Chicken: Preheat oil in a pan, add chicken, fry until colored. Stir in ginger and salt.
- Add Sauces: Pour in sweet chilli sauce, chicken stock, and cornflour slurry. Cook until thickened. Stir in rice vinegar.
- Finish and Serve: Top with chives and black pepper. Enjoy!
