  • 1/2 lb penne pasta, cooked al dente
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups parmesan, shredded or grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
