  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, cornflour, brown sugar, salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and chili powder.
