Bread Loaf:
- 1 flat bread loaf
Garlic Butter:
- 125g / 1 stick salted butter (or unsalted + 3/4 tsp salt)
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Melt Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add Garlic: Stir in garlic and salt until garlic is lightly golden and salt is dissolved.
- Infuse Garlic: Remove from heat, let garlic infuse into butter for a few minutes.
- Prepare Bread: Split bread in half lengthwise or use thick slices. Spread butter on cut side.
- Grill: Place bread cut-side down on the grill, cook until crusty. Flip, brush with remaining butter, and cook until crusty.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley, cut, and serve!
