Description

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Brown: Heat olive oil in a pan, brown ground beef, onions, and garlic until onions are translucent.
  2. Add Mushrooms: Saute mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add Flour and Broth: Stir in flour, then add beef broth, whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  4. Finish: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, adjust seasoning, and serve over noodles, rice, or potatoes.
