Marinade:

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Tuna Steaks:
- 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper together in a large non-reactive dish until well combined.
- Marinate Tuna: Place tuna steaks in marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill for high heat and oil the grate. Remove tuna steaks from marinade, reserving for basting.
- Grill Tuna: Cook tuna steaks on grill for 5-6 minutes, flip, baste with marinade, and cook for additional 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
