- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Sun-Dried Tomato Mixture: Heat sun-dried tomato oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and tomato paste until fragrant.
