- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 lemons, juiced
Instructions
- Make the Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce: Combine minced garlic, fresh dill, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
- Season and Prep Chicken: Mix garlic, spices, and olive oil. Rub mixture on chicken thighs.
- Marinate Chicken: In a dish, combine onions, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add chicken to coat.
