Miso Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter + more for sautéing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

Noodles:

  • 1/2 lb ramen noodles (Ocean’s Halo or other brand)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Miso Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, miso, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook ramen noodles for 1 minute less than package directions. For Ocean’s Halo ramen, steep in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Sauté: Sauté garlic in butter in a large pan. Add cooked ramen and miso butter sauce. Stir to coat.
  4. Serve: Top with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Noodles: Ocean’s Halo ramen noodles can be substituted with brown rice noodles or spaghetti.
  • Miso: Use white miso for a sweeter flavor. Smart Miso is a recommended brand.
  • Soy Sauce: Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce is preferred.
