For the Seasoning Mix:

For the Pasta:
- 455g (1lb) extra lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs sweetener (e.g., sukrin gold)
- 300g (10.5oz) uncooked penne pasta
- 3 cups (720ml) chicken stock + 1 cup (240ml) additional
- 2–3 tbs chopped pickles
- 120g (4oz) cheddar cheese, grated
- Fresh chopped Italian parsley
- Spray oil
Instructions
- Prepare Seasoning Mix: In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in the seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and sweetener. Add penne pasta.
- Cook Pasta: Pour in 3 cups of stock, bring to a boil, then simmer for 12-14 minutes until pasta is cooked, adding more stock if needed.
- Finish Dish: Mix in pickles and cheddar until sauce is creamy. Garnish with parsley and reserved cheddar.

- You can customize this dish with your favorite cheeseburger toppings like diced pickles, diced onions, or even a dollop of mustard.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef for a lighter option.
