Dough
- 1 13 oz. pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
Easy Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Toppings
- 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 32 pepperonis
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven: To 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Roll out dough: On floured parchment paper to a 12×16 inch rectangle.
- Make sauce: Whisk together all Pizza Sauce ingredients. Spread 3/4 cup sauce over dough.
- Add toppings: Top sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, green peppers, and Parmesan.
- Roll up: Tightly roll dough from the long side, then slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Bake: Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
