Dough

  • 1 13 oz. pkg. refrigerated pizza dough

Easy Pizza Sauce

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Toppings

  • 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 32 pepperonis
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: To 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Roll out dough: On floured parchment paper to a 12×16 inch rectangle.
  3. Make sauce: Whisk together all Pizza Sauce ingredients. Spread 3/4 cup sauce over dough.
  4. Add toppings: Top sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, green peppers, and Parmesan.
  5. Roll up: Tightly roll dough from the long side, then slice into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Bake: Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
