Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
Lemonade:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups water
Pickle Flavor:
- 2 1/2 ounces bread and butter pickle juice
- 2 1/2 ounces dill pickle juice
- Ice
- Green gel food coloring, optional
- Pickles, optional for garnish
- Tajin Mexican Chili Lime Seasoning, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Make Simple Syrup: Mix sugar with boiling water until dissolved.
- Mix the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and remaining water.
- For the Pickle Flavor: Combine bread and butter pickle juice with dill pickle juice in a jar.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons pickle juice to each glass, fill with lemonade, and mix.
- Make it Green: Swirl green gel food coloring into each glass.
- Garnish with pickles and Tajin, if desired.
