  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water

Lemonade:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water

Pickle Flavor:

  • 2 1/2 ounces bread and butter pickle juice
  • 2 1/2 ounces dill pickle juice
  • Ice
  • Green gel food coloring, optional
  • Pickles, optional for garnish
  • Tajin Mexican Chili Lime Seasoning, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make Simple Syrup: Mix sugar with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Mix the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and remaining water.
  3. For the Pickle Flavor: Combine bread and butter pickle juice with dill pickle juice in a jar.
  4. Fill glasses with ice.
  5. Add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons pickle juice to each glass, fill with lemonade, and mix.
  6. Make it Green: Swirl green gel food coloring into each glass.
  7. Garnish with pickles and Tajin, if desired.
