Bread Toast:
- 2 slices of Bread – white, multi-grain, whole wheat, etc.
Roast Beef:
- 6 Slices of Roast Beef, slow-cooked
Cheese:
- 4 slices Provolone cheese or Mozzarella
Filling:
- 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Onion, yellow or red, diced
- 1 tbsp. Bell Pepper, diced (green and red work well)
- 2 Mushrooms
- Pinch of Salt, ground black pepper, and red chili flakes
Spread:
- 1/2 tbsp. Mayo (Olive oil, regular, etc.)
- 1/2 tbsp. Sriracha or any other hot sauce
Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: Add onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to a pan. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat. Drain on a paper towel.
- Toast Bread: Melt butter in a pan, toast bread slices on low heat.
- Prepare Spread: Mix mayo and Sriracha, spread on toast slices.
- Assemble: Place cheese, roast beef, sautéed vegetables on one toast slice. Top with the other slice.
- Toast Sandwich: Toast on low heat, flipping occasionally until cheese melts.

- Transfer sautéed vegetables to a paper towel to avoid sogginess.
- Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors and textures.
