Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine lukewarm milk, instant yeast, white caster sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter, beaten egg, flour, and salt. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Fill and Shape: Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each into a circle. Fill with chocolate spread, fold, and seal. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Fry: Heat oil to 175°C/350°F. Fry donuts until golden. Roll in granulated sugar while warm.
